and a wide choice of hotel options; Phuket
has become the favourite Thailand resort
destination, just one hour by air from
Bangkok The island offers so much to do
, in addition to the obvious sun , sea,
sand and relaxation . Most visitors head
for phang nga bay with its weird and wonderful
limestone outcrops, made famous by “James
Bond in The Man with the Golden Gun but
there are national park, 4 wheel drive
expeditions and Elephant Trekking all waiting
the willing visitor. Phuket does have it ‘ fair
share of nightlife located mostly in the
Patong Beach. Area Karon, Kata and the
North of the island are better options
for visitors looking for a quieter more
relaxing holiday.
