Most visitors head for Phang Nga Bay with its weird and wonderful limestone outcrops, made
famous by "James Bond" in "The Man with the Golden Gun" , but there are National Parks,
4 wheel drive expeditions and Elephant Trekking all waiting the wiling visitor. Phuket does have
it's fair share of 'nightlife' located mostly in the Patong beach area.
Karon, Kata and the north of the Island are better options for visitors looking for a quieter
more relaxing holiday.
