complete your travel purchases.

Krabi Touristinfo will allow you to view, correct or remove
your personal information and other information
associated with your Traveler Profile as a user of our travel
product.
Krabi Touristinfo will take reasonable steps to protect the
security of the personal information we collect
from you.
RESERVATION POLICY
Reduction of long to stay. If you need to shorten your booking
during your stay. You must contact Krabi Touristinfo advise us
as soon as possible. We will inform the reservation offices of
the hotel. If the hotel charge us for your remaining nightly we
will also. If the hotel do not charge us we will not charge you.
In addition 10 percent administration fee will be applied of
your remaining stay.
Extension of stay. If your arrival. You wish to extend your stay
at the same or different hotel, please contact our office as
early as possible.
CANCELLATION & NO
SHOW POLICY
- All cancellation must be made in writing and must state in
particular date on which you notified. The cancellation to Krabi
Touristinfo (KTI)
- In order to aviod cancellation charge, you should notify to
Krabi Touristinfo within 7 days before arrival date in hight
season, 10 days before arrival in peak season, and 3 days before
date of arrival in low season any cancellation other than the
specific time state above will be charged of cancellation fee 1
night.
